Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for setting up and expanding biologics manufacturing capabilities, such as antibody, ADC and cell based therapeutics, from initial design to final run
- Be responsible for profitability of the site to meet corporate financial targets, including strategic planning, business development with the support from corporate BD team
- Be responsible for routine operation oversight of the manufacturing site, including annual revenue and capex budgeting to meet corporate overall objectives, EHS to meet regulatory requirement, and an effective communication channel with government agencies and regulators
- Be responsible for building and maintaining an energetic and productive team
- Be responsible for an effective communication and cooperation with different Business Units within the company
Requirements
- Have a Ph.D. Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 15 years working experience in biologics manufacturing
- Solid knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other regulatory requirements
- Senior management experience required, with good communication skills both in Chinese and English
- Demonstrated effective leadership.
