Generation and Characterization of Diverse Modality ADCs 

Our team will showcase the development of monospecific, bispecific, biparatopic, and trispecific ADCs, along with innovative single- and dual-drug conjugates designed to enhance efficacy and tumor targeting.

ABSTRACT

The new generation of ADC drugs has evolved into a diverse array of modalities. Our ADC development platform encompasses antibody discovery, linker-payload chemistry, protein science, bioconjugation, and both in vitro and in vivo characterization. Building on a selection of anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibodies, we have developed a series of antibodies, including monospecific, bispecific, biparatopic, and trispecific antibodies, as well as ADCs featuring both single and dual-drug conjugates. We have characterized these various ADC modalities by assessing and comparing their internalization and cytotoxicity activities. Additionally, we present some efficacy results from a series of ongoing in vivo studies.
